who we are

cloudlist is an adhd-focused task management app. if you have questions about this policy, email us at hello@cloudlist.app.

what we collect and why

account information

when you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. if you use sign in with apple, apple may provide us with a private relay email address. if you use sign in with google, we receive your google account email. we use this to identify your account and let you sign in across devices.

your tasks and content

everything you add to cloudlist, tasks, brain dumps, micro-steps, daily check-ins, focus profiles, and streaks, is stored on our servers so you can access it across devices and sessions. this data belongs to you.

subscription information

we use revenuecat to manage subscriptions. revenuecat receives your purchase history and subscription status linked to an anonymous app user id. your payment details are handled entirely by apple and are never shared with us. you can read revenuecat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

ai processing

when you use break it down, brain dump, or daily reflection features, the content of your tasks or notes is sent to anthropic's claude ai for processing. this data is used only to generate your response and is not stored or used to train ai models. you can read anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

notification preferences

your notification settings are stored on your device and on our servers, so they follow you if you reinstall the app. the notifications themselves are scheduled by your phone. we do not send push notifications and we do not know whether one was delivered or opened.

device data

when something goes wrong, we collect a diagnostic report so we can fix it. it includes what failed and where, your device model, operating system version and app version, and in some cases the account id it happened to. a small share of app interactions are also timed to find what is slow. we do not collect advertising ids or location data, and we do not use any of this to build a profile of you. this is handled by sentry. sentry.io/privacy

how we store your data

your data is stored securely using supabase, a cloud database provider. data is encrypted in transit and at rest. supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

who we share your data with

we do not sell your data. ever.

we share data only with the services needed to run cloudlist:

no advertising networks. no third-party tracking. nothing that follows you around the internet.

your rights

children

cloudlist is not directed at children under 13. we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. if you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

changes to this policy

if we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. continued use of cloudlist after changes means you accept the updated policy.
