1. acceptance of terms
by downloading or using cloudlist, you agree to these terms of service. if you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. who can use cloudlist
you must be at least 13 years old to use cloudlist. by using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. your account
you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. notify us immediately at hello@cloudlist.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. subscriptions and billing
cloudlist offers free and paid subscription plans. paid plans are billed through apple's app store. prices are displayed before purchase. subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. you can manage and cancel your subscription through your apple id account settings or within the app under settings.
free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
5. refunds
all purchases are processed by apple. refund requests must be directed to apple in accordance with their refund policy at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.
6. your content
you own the tasks, notes, and content you create in cloudlist. by using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. we do not use your content for any other purpose.
7. ai features
certain features (break it down, brain dump, daily reflection) use anthropic's claude ai to process your input. by using these features, you agree to anthropic's usage policies at anthropic.com/legal. do not include sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial details, or medical records in ai-processed inputs.
8. acceptable use
you agree not to:
- use cloudlist for any unlawful purpose
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- reverse engineer or copy any part of the app
- interfere with other users' access to the service
9. termination
you may delete your account at any time through settings. we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. disclaimer of warranties
cloudlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
11. limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, cloudlist and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time. we will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. continued use of cloudlist after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of australia.
